Requirements

These requirements help keep our culture fair, supportive, and consistent. (You can edit these anytime.)

1) Respect + Safety
  • No harassment, bullying, or constant drama.
  • Protect the vibe. Be coachable and respectful.
2) Consistency
  • Go live for 12 days, and 24 hours.
  • Communicate if life happens — we work with you when you communicate.
3) Accountability
  • Follow agency rules and team processes.
  • If you commit to a battle/event, show up or give notice.
4) Team Participation
  • Support team pushes when you can (likes, shares, presence).
  • No pressure to spend money. Support can be time + energy.
5) MUST live in the United States or Canada
